Joyce Participates in Roundtable with Business Leaders
Warren, OH – On Wednesday, U.S. Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) attended a business roundtable hosted by Lake to River. While there, Congressman Joyce met with business owners and various industry leaders, and they discussed what can be done at the federal level to continue to drive economic development in Ashtabula County and the Mahoning Valley.

Background:
Lake to River was established in April 2024 by Governor Mike DeWine as the final economic network partner of JobsOhio. This private, nonprofit group covers Ashtabula, Trumbull, Mahoning, and Columbiana counties with an emphasis on site development, business attraction, and infrastructure enhancement. Lake to River has already secured hundreds of thousands of dollars in grants meant to revitalize communities and boost economic activity in the region. Currently, Lake to River covers an area that employs 243,464 people through 15,058 establishments. In 2022, the GDP of the region totaled $29.3 billion.
