WASHINGTON – This week, Congressman Dave Joyce (OH-14) spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives to honor the life and service of Sergeant Thomas Cole Walker of Conneaut, Ohio who was tragically killed on October 20, 2019 in a training accident at Fort Stewart.
